Overview
The new TaylorMade STEALTH 2 PLUS driver is designed for speed and forgiveness. The corrective tendencies of Twist Face™ combined with advanced ICT help maintain ball speed and accuracy on off-center strikes. A lightweight full-carbon body allows engineers to harvest mass and place a 15-gram weight on a sliding track for optimal launch and forgiveness.

NEW 60X CARBON TWIST FACE
TaylorMade has updated the STEALTH 2 with a new 60X Carbon Twist Face that is 24 grams in weight and 2 grams lighter than the original STEALTH face, using sixty layers of carbon fibre that have been strategically designed to optimize energy transfer. The new face design in Stealth 2 features an advanced version of Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) to help maintain ball speed on off-centre strikes. Increasing forgiveness and delivering faster ball speed performance over a larger area, resulting in optimal distance performance. The face curvature with a corrective face angle is engineered to reduce side spin and deliver straighter shots. Twist Face provides more loft in the high toe and less loft in the low heel to produce more consistent spin where golfers commonly miss-hit. This makes it much easier to produce straighter shots with more confidence.
NANOTEXTURE COVER / SLIDING WEIGHT TRACK
As well as having a new lighter face it is covered in NANOTEXTURE, a polyurethane cover. It has been used to fine-tune launch and spin to optimise distance performance. The design of this driver includes the use of a 15g sliding weight. It is designed to help golfers control shot shape by shifting mass on the sole to create the desired ball flight.
CARBON-REINFORCED COMPOSITE RING
The Carbon Reinforced Composite Ring unites the driver’s head into a singular force and frees up additional mass that has been strategically placed to deliver more forgiveness.
ASYMMETRIC INERTIA GENERATOR
The asymmetric Inertia Generator was designed using advanced geometry and aerodynamic analytics to provide even faster clubhead speed on the downswing. The generator is equipped with a 15-gram rear weight to optimise MOI and forgiveness.
THRU-SLOT SPEED POCKET / ADJUSTABLE LOFT SLEEVE
The new driver also features TaylorMade`s most flexible SPEED POCKET. Engineered to maximise forgiveness and provide additional ball speed on miss-hit low strikes off the face. Plus features an adjustable loft sleeve that provides loft change and face angle preferences. Allowing you to dial in your preferred ball flight trajectory or to adapt to different course conditions.
